October 11-14, 2010: First Conference on Research on Organic Greenhouse Horticulture

The Working Group “Organic Greenhouse Horticulture” organizes a conference on the 11-14 October 2010, in Bleiswijk, The Netherlands. The conference will feature 4 days of presentations and workshop discussions on organic greenhouse horticulture, and will include a tour to organic greenhouse farms, an organic distributor of vegetables as well as a visit of the Hortifair in Amsterdam.

Topics of this conference will include among others soil management, energy use and management, crop health, crop management, nursery production, economics, social and ecological and environmental aspects, standards and product quality.

Further specifications regarding topics, papers, presentations as well as costs for the conference, application forms, travel instructions, etc. will be available on the conference website.
