The 11th Scientific Conference on Organic Agriculture in the German speaking countries took place March 15-18, 2011 in Giessen, Germany.

It was organized jointly by the University of Giessen, the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL Germany, the advisory service of the federal state of Hesse (Landesbetrieb Landwirtschaft Hessen (LLH) and Foundation Ecology & Agriculture SOEL.
