The TP Organics’ Science Day at Biofach, World’s Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food, will take place from 10am to 3pm on February 15 in Room Oslo, NCC Ost. Participation in the Science Day is free, but registration for lunch is required. Register here until 8 February.

The title of this year’s Science Day is “Research, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange - Challenges of the Organic Sector”. It promotes the exchange of knowledge among farmers, farm advisers, and scientists, with the aim of increasing productivity and quality in organic farming across Europe.

During the policy debate, moderated by Bram Moeskops, Senior Scientific Coordinator of TP Organics, Hanns-Christoph Eiden, President Bundesanstalt für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung, and Alberto D’Avino, Deputy Head of Unit Research & Innovation, DG Agriculture and Rural Development, European Commission (TBC) will discuss how innovation and knowledge exchange between researchers, farmers, and food SMEs in the organic sector can be promoted.
