The 'All Things Organic Conference & Trade Show' provides retail, foodservice and ingredient buyers a shopping resource for new and innovative products. The 2009 All Things Organic™ Conference and Trade Show will take place June 16-18 at the Lakeview Center at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Kathleen Merrigan, Deputy Secretary of Agriculture at the United States Department of Agriculture, will give a keynote address at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 17. The U.S. Deputy Secretary of Agriculture, who is a long-time advocate of organic agriculture, will speak on directions at USDA that would impact the organic industry in the short and long term.
