Ecofruit aims to bring together European researchers and consultants working on topics related to organic fruit growing. Ecofruit gives an opportunity to communicate and discuss latest results related to organic fruit growing.

This biennial conference represents a continuation of thirteen meetings, starting in 1990.  At the meeting February 18 to 20, 2008, nearly 100 scientists and consultants from eleven countries met at Weinsberg.

The intent is also to pool the information in the proceedings and to make it available for a large number of European researchers, consultants and interested fruit growers.

The official language is English. Simultaneous translation is not provided. It is therefore expected that authors are able to present their research fluently in the English language.
